I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who believes that eating healthy should be simple, sustainable, and scrumptious! Eating should be easy, enjoyable, and something that is able to bring you joy for the rest of your life. It should not bring stress, regret, and confusion. I want you to know how to eat right for the rest of your life! No more fad diets or yo-yo weight fluctuations.

I married the love of my life and became a military spouse! Less than a year after marriage, he whisked me away to Germany for three years.

Traveling Europe gave me the opportunity to explore food in an exciting way I hadn’t had a chance to discover before. Food should bring people joy, whether that is enjoying an adventurous meal in a different country, sitting around the dinner table with the ones you love, or having a fun girl’s night out! You should not be feeling ashamed, frustrated, or embarrassed about food, but experiencing food in a fun, healthy way!

I have three precious boys who bring on a whole different meaning to being busy! Having kids and a husband who deploys often (hello single moms!), taught me how to continue to eat healthy when I had no sleep and was on a budget. I was exhausted, didn’t have time for the things I loved, and mentally and physically run down. I learned so much more about the importance of balance and moderation. Not just when it comes to food, but life too. My schooling provided the knowledge needed to be healthy, but my life experience provided the real world application to make it happen. And THIS is what I want to share with you! Simple, sustainable, and scrumptious tips that will rock your world and FINALLY give you those results you want!
